For men, I suggest ordering two 1" Superbands, and for women, I suggest ordering two 1" Superbands and one 1/2" Superband. Why two 1" bands for both men and women? Because MTM 1.0 includes locomotor drills that require the band to be placed around the hips, and this works better with a double-linked band setup. Link the bands together and then attach one end to a fixed, upright object (such as a pole). Thanks again for your support!
